I tried the heavier oil first and was real pleased. Progressive or Race Tech springs are a good choice. Race Tech will send a set calibrated to rider weight.

As far as brakes goes , I'd suggest Brembo's with the 12.6" rotors , or PM' with the 13" . I've had Brembo's and I know a few others that do and they are superb in both feel and stopping power.
