Here is a guy at H-D that talks about H-D quality being better than it was. He is going to be speaking at an ISO9000 conference at the end of the month. I think he might have inhaled some of the smoke getting blown around in the MoCo "ivory tower". This is what he is going to be talking about. I agree that H-D has come a long, long way but that does not mean that they are there yet.

They are usually perfect, but that's because the dealer does extra PDI because of the intened use. [smiley=beerchug.gif]

No doubt Tindell is smokin' dope. Me thinks he should put up the 30k to buy a CVO and then take a look at the "quality" that comes out of the box. Kinda get the feeling that this guys' pissing on your leg and trying to tell you its raining. [smiley=behead.gif]

BLM did you have issues with your SEEG too?

About the usual problems DJ......peeling chrome, CD player, fuel gauge that acts like a rain gauge, 18th Century air shocks etc. My biggest objection is advertisng and selling a CVO bike without the quality control that should accompany a 30k (plus upgrades) machine.

I don't think anyone... even Willie G. himself, would dispute... it's B-S!
