Just got my new to me 2003 Anniversary Springer and the spoke wheels are very dirty, what is the best way to get them clean?

Try starting with S100 wheel cleaner to clean and then polish by hand using Mothers Chrome Polish or Semi-Chrome. Use with 0000 steel wool pads (nothing more course than 0000).
