Call the toll free # on Glares web site. He will answer the phone even on Sunday and ask.

I don't know but I've used Z6 many times over the Glare with great results. It would be nice to know for sure though.

I take apart my bike every winter and re-glare it. I use Wizards Mist and Shine all summer with no problems.

I contacted Glare and this is what they had to say.

Dear Ken:

Thank you for asking. Absolutely do not use any other detail sprays.  They contain silicone and wax. This will ruin that beautiful Glare shine. Wax melt in the sun and increase oxidation. Also is wax paper clearer than Glass! Of course not. I recommend the new Glare Blast detail spray which is the most advanced spray on the market. It has Camo-Adaptive Technology. Great for Flat paint,Powder Coated Paints, and Shinny paints. Great for engine detailing and all metals like chrome and the intrument panel too.

Ride safely,and enjoy the Glare!!

Good grief.  I'm a fan of Glare, but sometimes these guys get a little carried away.  They didn't use to make a detailer, so you had no choice but to use another brand.  I've used them all on top of the Glare with no ill effects.  If you've seen my bikes, you know. ;)

On the one hand, I'm happy to hear they now make a detailer of their own, but on the other hand, the "absolutely do not use any other detail sprays" comment totally turns me off. :-\

Camo-Adaptive Technology! Well, that settles it. I've been waiting for a detailer with Camo-Adaptive Technology to hit the market for years! Just the other day, I was telling my wife, if only this Windex had Camo-Adaptive Technology I could use it on our Harley's! Thank God I'll be able to sleep tonight knowing I can FINALLY buy a detailer with Camo-Adaptive Technology.

I love Glare products but, really?

I have a bottle of Glare.  Bought it from an indie bike dealer from his close out bucket 'o stuff for $2 & tried it.  Ok stuff - glassoplexin as I recall. Eventually I swiitched back to other stuff that did not take all damn day to apply.  To each their own as far as Glare goes.

But, that bottle did not have any camo-adaptive technology.  I too have been a fan of this C-AT for years now.

Were it not for CAT, you would be able to see an actual cap in the pic here:

Stuff works great for me.
I even "Glared" that 2013 Atomic Orange SERGC that use to be in my garage.
When ever I need a "Glare" fix I contact my enabler Tommy and he ships me another bottle.
And sometimes that bottle is full.

 ;)

Can I store my bike in your garage for a couple weeks?  She could probably use a good Glare treatment.   ;)
