Title: 03 Centennial Gold ripped paint scheme
Post by: jemattingly on December 12, 2010, 07:20:31 PM
I have got a project going...I just got my hands on this beauty...

I have to get bags, a side cover, and batwing painted.  The best I can tell MOCO put decals on and then painted the tins.  Can anyone confirm  or deny?

Bottom line can I buy the decals and centennial gold paint from the mothership?  Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks,

Eric

This was from another thread

Don't know the code, but I did get it matched.  I did some research and found out that during the pre-production period for this bike, the color code was called "Scooby Gold".  I went to a ppg paint center, and sure enough, their computer listed that color...bought a pint of it...perfect match.
