Hey folks

I wasn't intending on picking up the bike today because of prior commitments, but one by one, those fell apart, and at 1:50pm, just ten minutes before bank closing time, I decided to go get it. Riding impressions:
1. Super smooth clutch
2. Very quiet exhaust
3. Proximity alarm is a great feature
4. Small windshield almost useless at 50mph+
5. Tons of power
6. Great throttle response
7. Handling is very taut (perhaps a little too firm, but I noticed AFTER my ride that the HD techs had put 33 psi in the rear air shocks - that's just plain incompetent bullsh!t if you ask me)
8. Riding position not too bad, but very firm seat

Low profile leather bags make it look a lot different from standard Road Kings. The concealed unlocking buttons are a cool feature.

That double-lamp headlight looks unique. Haven't had a chance to test its effectiveness yet.

Fairly early in the run: no. 20 of 1800. I don't think that's bragging rights or anything but in a strange way it's nice to know it's one of the early ones.

Nice looking bike!  A standard size shield will do you wonders.  Didn't understand why they have such a small one myself.  I agree -- the colors in person are MUCH better than the washed out renderings on the web -- for all of the bikes, not just the SE models.
