03 anniversary SERK question

Can anyone tell me it the 03 anniversary CVO road king came stock with a chrome oil cooler.  There is one on ebay and it shows a pic of a black (ugly) oil cooler next to the chrome voltage regulator....looks odd so hence my question.

That chrome piece is just a cover and you can get it for the '03 SERK.

Thanks d00d!  I guess moco waited a year or two to make the chrome cover stock.
This SERK has been in a museum in Wash state and the lady selling it (who works for the museum) on ebay is asking me some questions about the bike since I sent her an email inquiring about the bike.  She visiting our site here and was impressed! The bike has some pros and cons and I wonder if it was "conditioned and prepared" before going on exhibit for so long.  She considers it a "vintage" bike.

It came with the ugly black one.  I think most people purchase the cover.
