This is where I pulled the engine speed signal for the digital, and where I had to go back and reconnect so my cruise would work.  It's just past the second connector past the ECM right side of battery holder, connector #8 in the Clymers:

The rear speaker pods and jumbo-sized highway pegs came today.  Got one peg on, working the other right now.  I'll get pix of the speaker pods after the right side peg is on.

Since the rear speaker pods came with no install instructions or templates (beware of this if you order through DF), I skipped over those to the inner fairing fitment.  Here are a few pix of how it looks and fits.  Some of the shots are of the tach and nacelle (sic?) area that will be between the fairing halves.  First off will be how it looks to to the rider:
