'07 SERK Air Cleaner Cover warranty claim

ANOTHER warranty claim on my SERK!
During the 1000 mile service, my tech identified that one of the rivets had broke on the back side of the plate. Service manager said MOCO was already aware of the issue and the new air cleaner cover was being being shipped UPS today. I guess we'll see if this problem persists  >:(
