I guess it depends on your definition of "real".  They exist, they are not imaginary, so yes, in that aspect they are real.  However, that is the result of 3 surgeries, the last of which has now been banned.  So by the usual definition of "real" in this context, they are not.

Just shows how far some people will go to get attention.  I personally find it grotesque, but I'm sure there are plenty of guys who will go to the strip club, get snockered, and whoop and cheer when she shakes them around a bit.  I say a bit because as heavy as they are you wouldn't want to get them moving too fast.  The inertia would likely jerk her off her feet and/or dislocate various important body parts.
