Hi gents,
I came from a 2012 cvo Street glide with 8 speakers and now only have the fairing speakers on this unit, no lid speakers or lower fairing, so I did the research (so I thought), ordered the metra speaker adaptors and stocker speaker grills after removing the stocker cvo speakers and grills, and got the Ground Zero Yellows. Fit it all up, went to put the front fairing on, ......and not a chance. The magnets are too big, has anybody else ran into this?
So. Need advice on best all around 6.5, and looks like a neo magnet is required. Any thoughts from those in the know?

I'm certain I might get told to search 98-13 sharknose speakers but thought there may be a nice new coax on the market that everyone likes.

I have Ground Zero Yellow Baskets in a 2020 CVO Road Glide, fairing and lids. My inner fairing had to be modified due to the magnet size. If you look up NVS aAdio on Youtube, I believe they have instructions on how to do the modification. My installer showed me photos, doesn't look too bad.
