Help with Boom Box?

I have been reading the owners manual and playing with system trying to figure if it is possible to set up one of the global presets to go to Pandora on my iPhone when it is plugged in. I have put on Pandora and then stored it on one of the buttons but when I push that preset it goes to my iPod playlist on my phone.
Can this be done?
