For all you stereo guru's...would like to upgrade 09 FLTRSE3 stereo and i ride with a full face helmet.  Im considering this package: Alpine IDAX-100m HD UNIT, 6 x 8 Infinity 682.9 2 ohms, ARC audio amp KSRS2 mini.  Front speakers only...no rear.  Can anyone tell me at hwy speed 70-80 mph would this system be adequite? Loud and clear enough with a full face? i know it is subjective any suggestions at all.....i appreciate the site.

Hey Mark I got your email. My set up is very similar. I wear a 3/4 and at hwy speeds I can hear it but its definitely  muffled. Its great if I open my shield or when I wear a beanie. without a big a$$ amp in one of the bags you just cant get that kind of sound. best of luck, you should be happy with that set up
