Biker's friend sissy bar bag
« on: July 15, 2008, 06:57:39 PM »

Has anyone bought or heard anything about the bags sold on bikersfriend.com.  They look great on the website, although expensive, but I haven"t seen anything about them on this site.  Can anybody recommend these products.

Do they have a customer review site for you look at. Maybe that will help. Let me know what you find out.

Bought it.  Very happy, high quality and really comfortable to lean back on.  This is the large size, also comes x-large which is 25% bigger. Takes seconds to take on and off, holds plenty of stuff and doesn't cover up chrome like saddle bags.  Can be put behind sissy bar also, but then I had to use reusable plastic ties, so it took a little longer to put on.  Info can be found on web site bikersfriend.com

I've got the medium one.  I've had it for many years.  It is very durable and handy.  It is excellent for a backrest on the long rides.  On a scale of 1 to 10.  Durability - 10, Comfort (as a backrest) - 9, Ease of use - 10, How it looks on the bike - 2.  It has easy access pockets on the sides.  Mine is about 11 years old and is like new.
