Title: Best Tuner for 08 FXDSE?
Post by: bigbzhd on March 19, 2009, 07:53:40 PM
I called Power Commander and it appears they do not have any maps for the 2008 Dyna FXDSE... I even offered to ride out to Vegas if they wanted to experiment with my bike (am I crazy?)

I wanted to find out what other people are using on their CVO Dynas and what is recommended if I start doing some
minor bolt ons i.e. exhaust, air intake, etc....

Thanks,

Big B

Thanks... Does the Power Commander seem to be the best one on the market?  What about Vance and Hines Fuelpak?
I assume that will only fine tune air/exhaust upgrades and the Power Commander will do more?

I called Jaime at Fuelmoto and he doesn't appear to have a map for the 08 FXDSE2.... I am probably going to end up trailering or riding out to Vegas to Dynojet Research to get one done.

Just ordered a Power Commander 3 usb for my '07 FXDSE so I'm real interested what you find out for your '08.  I'll be needing a map for it.  Not sure of the pipes on my bike though, bought it used.  Some kind of removable baffled slip-ons.  The A/C element has been switched to a  K & N element.
