Custom Head Plates

Saw these on a TV show this weekend and I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with these custom head plates?

I saw that they could make any custom design you send them and thought it might make a great place for the CVO logo.....

I wonder how well they stay on or hold up over time?

I would think if Paul Yaffe is putting his name on them and vouching for their quality, they must be pretty solid. I'd put on a set with our original logo on one and the 15 year logo on the other.
