As has been said already, what a great story and how it does show what 'membership' is all about here. Looks like you have a great HD stable to choose from Chip. What a birthday that must have been for the lady as well.

Hey Chip,

Nancy's new bike is really looking great.  Starting to look a lot like a S/B Anniv. edition Street Glide!  Good thing you got the pics before it got hot!  We did a ride today of about 300 miles and after 1:00 or so, it was like a blast furnace.  Couldn't wait to get back home in the AC.  Brutal!

Congrats to Nancy on the bike.  Can't wait to see it all finished.

Chip, you and Nancy want to ride to Lake Tillery and Morrow Mountain?
We were off again.
What a dumbass, to hot, now my face looks like a racoon!
But at least we match :o

Martha and I just decided this morning to take off riding and hadn't really planned anything.  We'll give you a call next time for sure.  I figured anyone would think we were crazy for riding in this heat!  We came really close to Lake Tillery and Morrow Mountain today on our ride.  Came back through Mt. Gilead.  Ditto on the raccoon face!  Martha is still laughing at me!  Even though it was hot, it still felt pretty good to burn through a couple of tanks of gas!

Yeah, but is it complete with Part numbers, pricing, direct vendor links,phone numbers, etc.??  I like it!

It does have P/N, pricing, and some of the aftermarket stuff has the vendors I got them from. Sorry no phone numbers though. ;D

You're the man!  Awesome record keeping.  You could really hurt a guy (or gal)!  With influence from folks like yourself, Chip already shopping for beans and a woman like Nancy that knows what she wants, that bike will be awesome when its done!  It's looking great already.
