Colorado -- 550 from Durango to Ridgway through Silverton and Ouray.  Molas, Coal Bank & Red Mountain Passes.
Hard to argue that one, that's a great ride!

Hwy 61 from Duluth to the Canadian border. Lake Superior got that name for a reason. If you wanna make it a 10+ ride, do it during the fall when the leaves are at peak color. Rode this 2 years ago about a week or two past peak. Still stunning!

I have ridden a lot in the west of the US and I like the route 95 in Utah from Blanding to Hanksville.

Since I'm the first from MS, I guess I'll add the Natchez Trace Parkway from Natchez to Nashville. Doesn't have any switchbacks, but it's scenic and has some interesting stops along the way. Beware if you haven't traveled on this road, there are no gas stations along the Trace, you have to exit off at some town and then get back on it to continue.

Rt 191 from Alpine AZ to Morenci copper mines AZ has it all. About 150 miles  and you can spend all day looking at the great views and it is never straight.   Billy

Also beware the park rangers who are anal about speeders.

If you enjoy scenic rides with lots of points of interest (as I do) the Natchez Trace is a wonderful experience.

Route 7 from New Milford CT heading north to the junction with Route 44 in North Canaan. It's part of a nice day long loop through the western part of CT.

There are so many great roads here in California, so I will pick Hwy 49 for the length, curves, views, etc.

State Hwy 25 in Alabama, near Birmingham.  Or Lookout Mountain Parkway which begins in Gadsden, Alabama.

Has to be the Lakeshore road from Port Burwell along the coast of Lake ERie to Port Dover where the town goes nuts every Friday the 13th.

Virginia.  Blue Ridge Parkway.

It's not technical, or fast riding, but it's a great lazy day ride with miminal traffic, no stop signs, few park rangers and lots of beautiful scenic overlooks.
