I better chime in for Washington. Hwy. 20 North Cascades, unreal scenery (nick named the American Alps) and don't stop heading East in Winthrop I love this part as well though not as famous. Or how about the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge, or Chinook Pass, or Rattlesnake Pass or.......
Too many to list.

Please keep going Harleybar7... I'm taking a group from BC down through Washington to Hell's Canyon, up to Glacier NP and into Alberta in July 2015, and would love to hear more about your favourite roads to ride in those areas so I pick the right ones to ride.  Hwy 20 is definitely on the list, but from there I'm open to all and every suggestion.

Thanks in advance.

All great roads. Also like riding in the Palouse into Idaho up Hwy 3 or down to Hells Canyon.

Arkansas......  From Mountain View go north on hwy 5 to Sylamore and turn on hwy 9 to Melbourne then go right on hwy 69 for 6 miles then turn right on hwy 58 and ride to hwy 14 then turn right and take 14 back to Mountain View.

The best loop in Arkansas. IMO.  Very scenic and technical.

How many miles is this loop?

Hwy 23 in AR. It's one that I would say everyone that lives in this area has ridden at least once or twice

Not sure exactly but close to probably 60 to 70 miles total.

Okay, the list is growing and we've got some great roads listed.

However, we're still waiting to hear from members in...

AK, DE, HI, IL, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OK, OR, PA, RI, VT, WV and WI  in the U.S.

as well as...

MB, NB, NL, NS, NU, PE, QC, SK and YT  in Canada

I know all these areas have great riding roads and I could fill in the blanks on most of them myself with my own personal favourites, but really want to hear from the local riders who ride in their home State or Province all the time... You know all the best routes!

Let the good times roll with a little fun of remembering past journeys as we northerners continue to battle the worst winter in decades!

Keep 'em coming!

Hey Mike - never seen your post here............if you are going down into Oregon, Crater Lake and the Lava Fields are pretty cool. Crater lake is amazing.
