UPS and FedX delivered the bags and fairing yesterday evening, so I was busy in the garage for a few hours. These are horrible pictures of a BEAUTIFUL bike! I'll take better shots today or tomorrow in the daylight.

That's amazing! It's GORGEOUS! Now you need to change out the engine guard and add color matched fairing lowers. I want one!

This whole thing is Howie's fault. Once I saw pixs of his hard bags I had to have some. I'm not doing the TP, but I think I will have Gene paint Neck Covers to hide the wires.

That's a great idea ad. I think that'll look great. With the black wiring harness and black frame, I'm OK with mine. But the red frame really could use that wiring harness covered up. Bike looks great man!!!

I went with Dead Center. Gene picks up from them, so it made it easier to get painted. It really really looks nice. Got the satellite radio addition and a DC plug to keep my iPod charged up.

Great looking bike. It really came out nice. Beating D00d to the punch, Kuryakyn does have chrome neck covers available. I think Travis put them on his red SERK. Looks good. Everything looks good on the bike though and it sure looks like the paint match is perfect from the pictures. Looking like you got your CVO Street Glide! Very nice indeed!

I thought about the chrome neck covers, but Gene's paint job is such a perfect match that I ordered the black ones from Kuryakyn and I'll have Gene paint them.

Gene is reasonable and great to work with. But, I guess it's all relative. You could buy a Street Glide for a heck of a lot less than the SERK and get the fairing and hard bags, but then you wouldn't have a SERK, so I used that reasoning to justify the cost.

Don't forget the street glide is not convertible!
It looks great, worth the wait for sure! I hope to get my plain old black ice tp back today after another buff to rid the orange peel and varioue marks...

Very nice convertibles indeed! I really like the look of that Razor Red, but Miker's black looks awesome. Now the real question. How much time is spent with the fairing vs. without the fairing? Way better than a Street Glide, best of both worlds! Congrats gentlemen, nice looking rides!

That is one smokin hot bike AD2. The bags really look great. Do you have any plans for a tour pack? A couple of you guys have done an amazing job putting hard bags and fairings on the SERKS. But I haven't seen a tour pack painted to match yet. I had the neck frames done own mine. Don't know if it was just my particular set or bike but the left side will hit the paint if you try to turn it enough to lock it.

By the way, someone has a black SERK on EBAY right now with matching hard bags! Don't know what it cost to add them but I bet someone is going to get a great deal.

It'll hold any factoey Hd pos you want. I used some different "Lcearview" windshilds.
On ewithta GW vent that let tto much water through( in pic), a 4" black one that looked really good but did nothing for protection and the 9" light smoke on it now...It attaches like a standard HD fairing windshield.
