It took 8 weeks for my King in Atomic Orange

Just ordered a chopped white gold pearl solid color pak and the dealers order site showed 20 days to fill the order. I would think that standard production painted parts are a short lead time but custom pieces are a crap shoot.

I am interested now in seeing how long it will take to arrive.

SERG, did you go with the color matched CVO pak?  I think all solid color The MoCo paints in WI but the CVO stuff takes a different vendor route.

I went with the color matched.  Very excited but the wait is a killer.

SERG, hopefully your wait will be over soon. I am curious how close to the approx date mine will come. Only time will tell.

Check the fit of the lid when you get it. There is a issue with the CVO tour pacs this year with them chipping the paint because of a bad fit

Received the solid white gold pearl chopped tour pak in five weeks.   
No pin stripes or custom work might have made the process quicker but it didn't take too long.

Pushing into week 8 here on Atomic Orange. Tracking shows it hasn't shipped

Week 11 and the dealer finally said they think it will be the end of the month!

Looks like that confirms that the holdup is at the custom painters end. I went with the solid white gold pearl so it could come directly from H-D. 
It looks good, now I just need to figure out what to put on the back for an emblem.

Hello All, I just purchased my 2013 in Roman Gold/Emerald yesterday.  Here is a question one or some of you may already have done the research on:  I kept my chopped tour pak from my last "non CVO Road Glide" in hopes of having it color matched.  I called Gunslinger and they are restricted from doing color matching on components that Harley sells.  So, since Harley sells the chopped tour pak in CVO Color Schemes, Gunslinger won't paint mine.  Any of you have any ideas where I can get my tour pak color matched or is my only option ordering a new one and perhaps selling the one I have now?  Thanks for the help.
