Mark,

Looks fantastic. I will make one suggestion. Remove the cooler and cover and turn it around so it opens from the rear. The way it is now, if the cover is left unzipped and you take off down the road, the cover will flop back on the trailer lid and rub the paint on it.

Don't ask me how I know this.

:indian_chief:
And if you go fast enough the cooler lid will fly off.  Luckily that was on my first Bushtec, not the color-matched unit I have now.  Good idea to turn cooler around.  I'm get right on that.  :2vrolijk_21:

Got to admit after pulling it to CPL from Jacksboro and then 400 miles home today, I didn't even notice it behind me. Although I think it does drop my mpg about 10%. I am very pleased with the fit and finish of the trailer. I'd give it a perfect score on quality but the color is not dead on, I think it is a tiny shade lighter than the bike. Packing up this morning was great, I just opened the lid and tossed everything in. :2vrolijk_21:

Very nice set up.  Don't tell anybody the trailer is a tiny shade lighter and they'll never notice. :2vrolijk_21:

Hey Henry, did you notice Thumper sitting on the tp? I brought him to give to you at CPL but you didn't make it there. He's still on the tour pak and it is up on it's rack in the garage, with the new trailer, I don't think he will be down for a long time.

I was at the factory several months ago and they were painting one to match the silver and blue SEUC, i was hoping the owner would post some pics of the finished product here but so far no luck.

Don - what is this?

If you've not bit the J&P bullet yet check eBay.  Got mine from a seller there selling the same thing for less than $20.

Well, we know SBB has one and others, thought some pics would be nice.  Someone on the site at the GTG was talking about getting one, oh....I think it may have
been Beags. :bananarock:

That was a blast from the past.  Best guess is we were talking about a little trailer light interconnect harness.  Got a couple from eBay seller.  Plugs in between the rear light sockets behind the battery with OE type connectors and gives you pigtails to go back to the trailer.
