I'm sure this has been said before in many ways,but you can run some fairly loud pipes & not piss people
off if you use 1/2 a brain.To often see morons at a stop light next to a side walk cafe showing everyone
how much noise they can make.Then there's the guys still running drag pipes.Never did understand that.
These are the guys we can thank when it becomes illeagle to change your stock pipes.
