OK After many attempts and lots of google search - Here it is. To install, simply remove the headlight by depressing in the green anchors. Once the Headlight asembly is removed, you can see the cradle the fairing rest on. Install it and put in a few screws or the blinker bolts, then push the headlight asembly back in.

I use that install method too. Works much easier.
