Still waiting for the delivery of my 2013 SERK... should arrive end of first quarter '13 here in France.
In the mean time I'm already thinking about some mods and also about adding some features
Where would be the best place to install a police siren amplifier and the speaker phone?
My preference would be to have the speaker on the bike front end, but how can this match with the lower fairing?

Go to the Blue Knights web sites and see if you can't find some pics on police bikes where they have installed them. They should have links to places you can purchase brackets and other things you might need to mount them.

Our '13 SERK are expected end of first quarter.
Will be a perfect time as weather should be nice again here in the south west of France.
Still waiting for some hints about the police siren.
Will probably be difficult to attach the speaker to the lower fearing!

Could ya let some of us know (why) you want to put a police siren on your personal bike.  In the states,  that would get you arrested if you switched on a siren and were not an official police officer...........

No offense, by here, rules are slightly different, no guns, but police siren tolerance for HOG fun parade concerto

Same in Korea. Probably 75% of the FL riders have the siren and most have the red and blue lights. They mount the amp on the saddlebag bar and the speaker part on the crash bars.
