Soooo, there I was, minding my own business, driving past a Harley dealer when my son says "lets just stop in and look at the bikes". 'Sure' I said, and walked out with a cherry 07 Springer CVO. I have wanted a Harley my whole adult life and you know how when you have wanted something for so long, and then you finally get it it just doesn't measure up? Yea, well this isn't one of those times. When I walked past it on the showroom floor, I thought "That's the most beautiful Harley I've ever seen". I still feel that way. (Kinda like the way I feel about my wife) I had a price in my head, and when the dealer quoted a number about $4,000 less, I called the bank. (my wife was NOT amused) She is less angry now due to the many comments she gets about my bike. BTW, my wife checks the weather report every morning to see if Hell has indeed frozen over, 'cause when it does, she will get on the back and go for a ride with me. Love being a Harley owner!

Thank you all for the welcome messages! Very happy to be a 'Gonna Be' no more. Mikey T, the Media Inn is now a strip store kinda thing with a Starbucks. A Starbucks! Yea, I'm sorry too. As far as I'm concerned, it's not nearly as classy and MUCH less entertaining than the bar at the Media Inn, but then again, you don"t have to drink your skinny-mocha-latte-crap-a-chino with your back against the wall to make sure nobody smashes a coffee mug over your head like some mean chick did to me one Saturday night long ago...with a beer mug. Guess she thought I was someone else. And D-N-D, got it at Chester Springs Harley in Downingtown. Do like Hannums though.

We're glad to have you with us, and hope you'll share your knowledge, ideas, and questions with us.
There are a lot of fine and knowledgable people here on this site who are always willing to help others with their bikes as well as to learn more themselves!

Also, I hope you'll check out the threads regarding our National CVO Harley Get-Togethers (GTG's). We have an annual GTG out west, one in the Smokies, and one (our first ever) in Eureka Springs, AR in June of 2017 dubbed the "Meet in the Middle" or MITM. We encourage you to participate if you can make it!
