Looks like the fan can be added though. On my 2018 CVO SG I have everything including the shroud but not fan on it.

Yep you can order the fan on it’s own, there’s a guy on hdforums who is attempting this with his bike, mine arrives in a couple of days & they will be fitting it from my ‘17 RK.

The fan part number is 26800095, MSRP is about $185.  Check on the various on-line dealers that offer 20% discounts.  Surdyke sells it for $140, but that doesn't include shipping and I couldn't determine what shipping costs are.  Be aware that you also have to have the fan enabled in the BCM/ECM by a dealer or someone with the proper scan tool.

So is that all I need for my setup is the fan? Since I already have the shroud and all just missing the fan? I attached a few pics of my setup.

The shroud that comes with your bike isn't the exact same shroud that comes with the fan assisted cooler kit, so the fan isn't a simple bolt on.  I've read some reports that others have installed the fan to the stock shrouds with some minor mods to the shroud, but I haven't seen the actual mods.  Hopefully someone will do this mod and actually post some photo's of what they did to make the fan work with the stock shroud.

Interesting... should be very minimal changes from what I’m seeing. Here’s a buddy of mine who got tha kit and shroud looks identical. I’m thinking of buying the fan and making it fit. Should be pretty simple.

Honestly I think the shroud is the same because if you have the whole kit and the fan dies or fails on you and not warrantied then you can just replace just the fan with that part number. See where I am getting at? I just don't see why there would be 2 different shrouds...

A fan keeps air moving through the oil cooler when you're sitting in traffic on a hot day, or barely moving in that traffic.  It's all about keeping the oil temperature and oil viscosity more consistent in varying conditions.  There is no disadvantage.

Got one on my ‘17 RK & i was surprised how often the fan is on & I’m not from a really warm climate, for the cost I really can’t understand why these aren’t a standard feature.
