The SERG is the red one Jerry. I did the same thing with JD. I asked her about it, and although her response wasn't exactly a NO, I took it as a YES. I think her exact words were "ARE YOU FRIGGING NUTS"?

Congrats Ken-Had to have my daughters 11 year old eyes to catch the line though about your new addition.

Actually I traded the Ultra and I am fixing up the RG. We'll be a two RG family now.

You can't justify spending $36K for 2 wheels, 70's technology, and at least $5K more to make it right.

Absolutely can't justify what we spend on these bikes...Well other than the smile factor. We do it because we can and we want to.

Glad to hear you're doing good with the new bike. I traded in a red 09 SEUC with 5,500 miles. After getting the RG, I find myself just not wanting to ride the Ultra anymore. Hopefully I'll like riding the Ultra RG as much as the RG. I don't expect the Ultra RG to be as much fun as the standard RG, but, it should be more comfortable for trips etc. We'll see.

Congrats Ken on the new RG Ultra.    I'm looking forward to joining the RG group Saturday when I hopefully get to pick mine up.  But like you said, I know the RGU will be a very nice ride, but it probably won't be as fun as riding the SESG.  But then again, this one is momma's bike.  I get the rough job of chauferring her around on it.  I know, it's a rough job, but somebody has to do it.

That's JD's favorite question to me. But I ask her why she bought three pairs of flip flops at once if she can only wear one pair at a time. Sometimes she just really blows the money.
