Here is what I had done and what I learned:

1.  Wild 1 Chubby 515 installed = 8 hrs at the dealer
2.  I did not put the heated grips back on because; they always fail, I use Gerbing gloves and I wanted room for the signal mirrors.
3.  Installed Custom Dynamics mirrors - red arrow in the mirror and amber LED on front of mirror + nice chrome!
** But the left signal mirror is flashing very rapidly -- guess I need a load equalizer?

I learned this abut the bars.

1.  I had 515 on my 04 and 08 FLTR with similar seats.
2.  No question, the 2011 frame is different.
3.  My hand position is still much higher than on my 08 and 04.  Weird.
4.  Wild 1 513 was almost exactly the same as the stock SERG bars.
5.  Wild 1 OUTLAWZ 10 inch were also almost no difference.

So, I am not as comfortable on the 11 SERG as I was on my 08 FLTR with the same HARTCO seat and the 515.  I'm meeting Mark Hart at Bike Week -- we'll figure out something for the seat modification. I'll adapt. DOOFUS

Interesting Jim.   I've never had a set fail (knock on wood) and I've had CVOs with 'em since '07.

Glad you said next weekend Jim...this weekend is shot, going down to Chesapeake to help my daughter and son-in-law move into their new apartment all weekend.  I'm soooooooooooo looking forward to that!!
