Welcome Andrew, the site has plenty of information about how to handle the 110 heat, and I had installed heat shields , tuner, true duals, and dyno'd, but the best cure for me was taking a Boss Hoss out for a test drive. Having a worked 350 corvette engine stuffed in your crotch gave me a new appreciation of what hot really was. (kept looking down at my pants to make sure they were not on fire)
Bumping the exhaust manifold cover with your inner leg also demanded your attention quickly.

Andrew, welcome to a great forum from western NY (Niagara Falls area).  As you've found from the cig lighter question, it's a humorous group of blokes here.  I have an 07 SEUC and love it.  I hope you love yours too.
