I went  to jail for 165mph in a 45mph zone in 1993. I still have a sport bike, and ride it for short hops regularly, but it will never see those speeds again.

'Been much faster than 160 on my Built GPz 1100 and my bud's 'Busa, but never in traffic...
Like other old farts here have posted, with all the stupid $hit we used to pull, it's amazing that we survived...

It felt exciting to me going that fast, but it was hard to focus above 170. I too survived my younger self! Those days are in my past now, but I can say "I did that" to myself. 194mph was "all she's got captain" as per my GPS on my '09 Hayabusa (not stock). I just realized that it was only 3-4 years ago when I did that  ;) I have not exceeded 135mph since then.. at least on a bike.
