Front brake dive FXR4

It started yesterday,by just light pressure on the frt brake handle the front brakes grab real hard.It does it when cold & hot.I pulled the calipers and sanded the pads with 180 on a DA.The brakes are the same any idea's ?

Diagnosis questions:

Do the pads still have plenty of material on them or are they getting low?

Do you feel any slight give/pop?  Like a sticking caliper?  Could happen without any sensation in the handle.

You've got two rotors up front.  Can you tell if they're doing this equally or maybe one-sided?

Situation a ok now. Went to the local HD dealer bought new pads for both sides,cleaned the rotors real good & installed pads.
