Front end noise

Can someone with a 2014 CVO Road King with stock front suspension please go sit on their bike, grab a handful of front brake and load and unload the front suspension?

Mine is making a noise that sounds like swishing... I don't remember it doing it in the past and fear the cartridge may have bought the farm....

Sitting on the bike, pull front brake and rock back and forth, not wheel bearing I think because wheel is not rotating.

Swoosh going down then swoosh coming up is the best way I can describe it.

And TN I couldn’t hear the ocean.
