Neal, on the one you had no issue with were you able to get the cap back on without a fork clamp? I installed the Ricor's in my front end and they added almost an inch to the springs,I set the bottom slider on  piece of carpet and had my wife hold up the fork tube while I pressed like heck to get the threads on the cap engaged to the fork tube. Not sure if the monotube will have the same issues as it totally different.

yes, put fork leg on the floor "on a rag" had my brother push down and when the threads touched i twisted the inner fork tube up, was very easy to do this way.

on the on that didnt work the threads would bind and never really get started

just talked to progressive, they "replaced" the bad part and should be shipping back tonight, unfortunately they ship UPS ground

they sat on a shelf here most of the winter. would you settle for total time from my RMA call to them till i get the parts back?

How bout how long the 1st time you made your order to delivery added to the time it's taking to do your RMA (WeTF that means ?)
