2009 110 CI 1800 cc is now a 1802.58 cc engine why?

Why!

Has anyone looked closely at the 2009 1800 CC 110 CI CVO engine spec's?

HD changed the stroke from 111.13 MM to 111.25 MM making the 1800 CC into a 1802.58 CC engine!

Why did thy do that?

Now thats FUNNY  ! LOL , he is right !  stroke is 4.375 and bore is 4.000 you do the math.  They did the 'math' on an 2007 thats already had the cyl. 'honed'  .005  LOL  its like standing next to someone 'shooting' a sewer pickle.  1 ft. or 3 ft.  you will still 'know' his middle name. Dewey

That's what happens when you measure the stroke at the new maximum runout spec, the wobble creates a little more piston travel.

4.375" / .03937 =  111.12522 = 111.125mm.  I'm guessing whoever typed that new spec page had a twitchy finger and dropped the fourth one, and the proof reader was busy texting his girlfriend.

Cool.  My 2009 has a bigger engine than the 07 and 08.  I feel better already.
