Title: Headset noise

I have a 2010 CVO Ultra with the Kennedy call set and it has been working great.  A couple of weeks ago the speaker in my right ear in all my helmets started crackling. No crackling through fairing speakers or from the Zumo. The dealer replace the upper wiring harness that you plug your helmet into. It worked for about half hour not its back and worse.  Any body have a solution.  Thanks

Disconnect the Kennedy unit and see if the static goes away. If the static goes away then the unit is bad. I helped a few people with this problem before and it turned out to be the Kennedy unit.

I am not saying it is but you will eliminate the unit as a suspect.
