Anyone know what the cost is to repair a crank from Dark Horse? Ball Park Figure.
-
Last I checked for the whole service 14-1500.
-
What do they do to it and is that me sending them just the crank?

Try this link for information. I assume the previous post about $1400-$1500 included teardown of the engine; their price list can be found on the web site. Click on the link for PDF / Forms on their site for the price list and other info.

Not aware that S&S offers a replacement crank for the '07 up Twin Cams......
Darkhorse can build one with S&S wheels and rods, but it has to be a 5-piece assembly. Uses pressed/keyed shafts.

If my memory is correct, I believe Hoist installed a S&S crank in Cybil's 110.... :2vrolijk_21:
d00d can probably even find the thread... :2vrolijk_21:

Like I stated, DH can build a late model crank with S&S components; but it has to be a 5-piece assembly. Does not have the 1-piece machined wheels (3-piece) like the SE or stock cranks. Pressed/keyed shafts create the good chance of .0025" - .003" RO at the pinion/cam plate end.
Had extensive conversations with John Dahmer about this very subject.
