new battery

well i have decided to change my battery in my bike  coming up on 3 years this spring so since my bike is getting new bars /cables etc  i went ahead at have my indy installed the new battery  500cca  dry cell

now i have alot more room in battery area to have my extra stuff store in the space

i will post pics next weekend when bike is done

 I bought a "16 cell evo 2" over a year ago as ebay purchase, it was before they made 16 cell evo2 "HD". Make sure you talk to factory first, mine was not enough to start repeatedly after 6 starts it didnt have enough to turn over, & needed "special charger" & "special spacer" to space battery. After talking to support later in year, I found I could puchase a 16 cell evo2 HD. That was the support I got !   :nixweiss:  :pumpkin:

yea I'm using the 16 cell HD  yes you can buy there charger for a "balance" charged etc but your battery tender will still work fine as well  from what i have read etc

I have a 2004 Fatboy with the original battery.  It is time to change.  I will look into the 500CCA
