Ultra seat
« on: October 27, 2009, 06:47:58 AM »

I have a 2010 ultra CVO and the stock seat kills mine and passenger's tail bone one those long rides.  Anyone have the solution to this problem.  I really do not want to change the seat but if that is the solution then I will.

I have the air zep seat.

You will always need gas or need a bio break before your tail starts to bark.

The best option I have added to the bike. A little pricey, but you feel the investment everytime you ride. :bananarock:

How much air are you running in the rear shocks?

I took an 2010 out for a 20 minute test ride, and found the same problem.
My 06 was no where as bad, but I bought a BUTT BUFFER gel pad, and it's
a night & day difference for me. It's not like the cheap ones, gets the job done.
It may be a little different seating position on the 10, or my height 5'8", but!

Airhawk seat cushion. Works wonders on long trips.
