In the process of upgrading to 113" with PV. Sure would make it easier if I had a copy of that tune. If that tune becomes available, I would be glad to provide a donation if needed.

I have my 113 from Steve it been great.
only two problems
#1 when leaving Steve's place a small problem with the front wheel crossing the track. I opened it up in second and the front wheel came of the ground two feet :orange:
#2 blew the clutch basket replaced it with a billet one . no fault of Steve's but I am sure some fault of mine ???
10 thousand miles later still running hard
will be stooping by GMR this winter for a check over

yea Steve your right it does put a smile on my face ....it's really amazing on what 3 cubic inches and a bump in compression does  to the 110 motor's
it's like a good cup of strong coffee in the morning  man she has some kick to her
and one thing I would like to mention as well  when tune correctly  there very lil  heat difference  from
my 110 to 113
again that's my bike  I went over kill on the heat issue
2 fan assist oil coolers and wards cooling fan kit

John,
Once we bored those cylinders, round/straight, it more than likely really sealed that up, being able to maintain good cylinder pressure resulting in what you have.
Did the folks at Valley Racing give you any info on the real time from say 50 mph, to redline in high gear?

This thread is worse than looking at pornography. :D That dyno sheet looks like the perfect touring HD. What pipe and baffled were needed to get that power? i.e.. how loud did you have to go? I should not even ask about the costs because that is just one step closer to having it.

It is not loud at all. I plan on posting a few sound clips. However it's tough to do ... they never sound the same. But that is V&H power dual and crusher mellow. It is in face not loud at all. I have had customer complain that they want it louder when done :nixweiss: Some I think get used to having a bike that is very loud so when you change the build it. They think sound level equals power.

I have the same system on my 124 love it. Its not going to impress any one in the parking lot, or scare children on the side walk. But it will make the power not upset the people next door or down the block.

I have tested other 2-1-2 and two into ones. Power wise I can get there with several systems sound wise well lets say it works extremely well.

I'm over the "loud is power" garbage. When I drove the new 2014 bikes I really liked the quiet for a change. I did to the Fulllsac DX with 1.75 and they are plenty loud enough. I just was thinking that some builds need to opened up enough to get the power out. I have already sworn that I would leave this bike stock but i know full well I eat words all the time. When the factory warranty is over I will change some things around for power or reliability or both. That 113 kit sounds like it fills both goals.

God only knows what i'll have to get for the wife to withstand the heat. ;D

Loud doesn't always equate to power. It's a matter of personal taste and we all know it is one of those subjective and often times very argumentative subjects!

I like a mild sound these days. Used to think the louder the better. I still have scaled all the way down. I don't like to hear the engine over the exhaust. Probably because I own a 110!

' that is V&H power dual and crusher mellow."

I have the same on my CVO RoadKing, when I get off the Interstate my head is not aching or my ears ringing.

A tuner in Kansas City has seen this system support 135 horsepower.

My friend has the V&H header with crusher mellow I think it may be his 113 build on the dyno sheet the sound is not as loud cruising down the hiway but very similar at WOT as his old V&H pipes
I have the same 113 build with super trap megashots  which are fairly similar at cruising speed but have a different tone at  WTO and the header pipe looks cool .Steve thought maybe a bit to much pipe for a little 113

plus I think when we race my bike pulls a bit harder just before red line   ;D

Supertrapp's usually equate to quiter power.
We've had 80" Evo's up over 100 hp with the use of a Supertrapp 2/1, and many other of the top producers we done over the years have had Supertrapp exhaust on them.
Supertrapp sent us a blueprint of their racing baffle, which we have/had simulated. :)

Supertrapp 2X1 is an excellent pipe also IME. Have one on my 2004 113" RoadGlide. 126hp/124tq, easy on the ears at 80mph, good sound when you get on it.
