Extreme ventilator

Gonna install the screamin eagle extreme ventilator on my wife's 2023.5 CVO Street Glide. I have read some conflicting reports about needing the Ecm flashed not needing it flashed, new tune not new tune. Harley tuner etc....

Has anyone done this and what did you do? Thanks.

You will have no issues with just an are cleaner change.  My 2023.5 CVO RG has the Heavy breather extreme and slip-ons.  Zero issues 15,000 miles.
