Stock Exhaust

Finster101:
Will the stock mufflers not fit onto the Reinhardt headpipe?

Scott7d:
I have the stock decatted header and Fullsac baffles in the mufflers. Sounds healthy but not ridiculous for long trips. I definitely wouldn't want it any louder, though.

My bike is a 2020, but I'm using the heat shields from a 2018 CVO since they are gloss black. It looks fantastic against the motor and the clean up like new even after going weeks without cleaning off dirt/mud and even salt. HD heat shields in general are very robust which is why I went with this system. D&D, V&H, and S&S have all been junk when it comes to rust and discoloration. Maybe companies with "&" in the middle just don't hold up well :D

Yes, the stock mufflers will fit but it will need a new tune.
I just figured the easiest way is to go back to stock.
I had a 2013 Ultra Limited with a 103 before this bike. It had the stock header and Rinehart mufflers. Stock tune and the heat was bearable while riding. Did get hot if stuck in traffic but bearable. I put over 63k miles on it in that configureation before it got totaled.
I am assuming the 110 will be the same, that's why i'm asking.

I did the same thing when I traded my 2017 to my 2019.
My 17 mufflers had the Fullsac treatment and I swapped them with the 19 before delivery.
I had plans for my new 19, and this was just the start.
I’ve still got the same packing in them from 2019 and 99,000+ miles.
I’m pretty happy with the reliability of my complete Fullsac header and muffler setup.
My exhaust system now has more miles than my bike! LOL

The very first thing I  would do is change out lifters if it hasn't been done. Maybe a hotter cam too. Those stock lifters will fail prematurely, the only question is when.

Edit: I have the exact bike as yours. My lifters went out at just under 30,000 miles but I've heard of them going out at 20,000 miles.
