So after some research, I bought the IMC Motorcom HS-H140P and I must say, it's well made and works great!  Serves my exact needs for about $80 including 2 day Prime shipping on Amazon.  I can still listen to music thru the bikes speakers and get calls on the headset and voice prompts and nav instructions thru it as well.

So you get calls and nav through the headset and do the speakers still cut out the music?

You can go into the setup menu of the bike and choose how you want music/media, communications, or voice prompts to come in either via the headset or the speakers.

You don't need anything plugged in to access it, but it won't do anything to help you unless you have a device for it's use.

DM930,

Checkout www.lawabidingbiker.com he has some free videos that explain the infotainment system as well as paid ones. He also sells different products. I really like the phone gripper I have one on each of my bikes.
