Boom audio stage 1 help!!

Ok so my brother has a 2019 RG standard. He bought a boom stage 1 kit and put it on. Took it to the dealer to have it flashed and it now sounds like an AM radio. VERY LITTLE treble. Even adjusting the eq doesn’t hardly give it any treble. Any ideas?

Problem solved! Dealer flashed as a stage 2 and not 1. Sounds great now!
