Stereo squeal

I have an 04 FLHTCSE with a tour pak and rear mounted speakers.  I have the hogtunes amp installed.  What I am getting is that after music has been playing for a while (no set time) I will suddenly get a very loud squeal through the speakers - only thing that will stop it is to hit the brakes activating the AVC...

Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?
