CB: low transmitting volume

2008 Ultra
Normally never use the CB. But today I was riding with some friends.
She has a normal car CB in her bike and he has a J&M handlebar set.
They complained about the low sound volume when I was transmitting.
All of the antenna's are adjusted with a SWR.

Any one heard about this complaint about the HD CB before?
