Time to replace a few components
« on: May 28, 2014, 11:03:37 AM »

My Four in your Face system from Hawg Wired was having some issues while I was on the road to the Ribfest. The left side kinda didn't want to perform. Being home and having a chance to pull the fairing apart to do a little investigation, this is what I found.

I just talked with Cory @ Hawg Wired. They're sending me a set of cross overs, free of charge. He stated that as long as I was happy with my system. My parts are free. I looked at HW site and the cross overs are only 30 bucks , but free is better. Anyway, when I get them installed, I'm to call HW back and they'll help me assure that all is set up properly. I am very happy with my system, when I can ride at highway speeds, cross country . With ear plugs and helmet , and the sound system still shines right thru. I'm a happy camper!!!......................... Fuzz

See that happen alot when caps get dried out.  I mostly see that from older components but being in the heat all the time can do it to.
