Today?  Today at 8:36 AM it is 1 degree outside.  Fahrenheit.  And this will be the high for the day.  Today is also forecast to be warmer than tomorrow.  So I didn't do sh*t on my CVO today.

Love the Sunset Orange/Sunset Black fade.  Out in the sun that sunset black looks so good.
Yes it does. It's the first CVO SG paint that I have liked since I bought the UV/ML.

What do you guys think about the cable clutch now on cvo bikes?? With a 131,would you consider going with hydrollic??? Just curious. Stuart.

The 131 is a lot of fun, had it in my ‘19 CVO SG. Curious why you are using the S&S oil pump/cam plate instead of the one that comes in the new HDs? Seems the new HD 8 lobe has taken care of past issues.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the 131. It does look like the 8 lobe has fixed the issues, guess in my mind it's cheap insurance for 700 bucks when your dropping that kind of money on motor work. Just my opinion.

That is a good way to look at it. Looking forward to seeing pictures and hearing your thoughts on the 131.
Enjoy the new bike.

I personally like the friction zone of a cable clutch. I have had the hydraulic since 07 but still never liked the friction zone being 70-80% at the end of the lever. I even switched over to a Rivera Pro Clutch in my 15 CVO SG, feel was better but still not what I was looking for.

I wasn’t real happy about the “friction zone” or the hard pull either.
I fixed that and will keep the juice clutch.
Too bad Harley didn’t sell a “SE” kit, they missed out on some $$$$ there!

Enjoy the ride today Dave. It's been rough up there I know. Hopefully your weather will be improving day by day.  Enjoy. Stuart

Got an email today from my dealer that my replacement rear fender and other damaged parts will be sent from Harley's painters shortly. Looking forward to finally getting my bike back to the way it should be after getting rear ended on Jan. 6th.

I'm also replacing my tail lights with Advanblacks smoked version of the red CVO lights.

The weather around here finally broke enough to get Orange Crush in for a handlebar change. I went with 10" KST Pioneer bars, they are multipiece bars that are very adjustable. The whole process was very easy as the Road Kings have much less stuff that has to be removed. The wiring was an absolute breeze as it was only necessary to take the plug off of the Throttle control wires as the bars are huge and the bend was very gradual. I have not gotten to ride the bike yet becasue it got pretty chilly once the "big light" went out last evening, but I will do so this evening.
