2018 CVO 117 Dyno test! Fullsac MX, TTS 200, 64 TB

(1/1)

Fullsac Performance:
Here's a recent dyno tune that came through my door. I did not personally assemble the motor but had the pleasure of doing the break in and final tune.

2018 CVO 117 SG.
Parts
117 SE Hi comp pistons.
SE 64mm TB and 5.5 injectors
TTS 200 cam and SE Valve springs.
Fullsac MX Pipe
Fullsac 2.0 CVO Baffles
TTS Mastertune

Just to clarify, stock heads were used not the SE CNC models. Great HP numbers. A little less TQ than I expected after seeing a nearly identical 120 make over 136? I suspect the compression was lower than advertised with the SE Pistons.

Special thanks to Stephen Richman of So Cal for riding with a Fullsac!

Never ride with a Halfsac. Insist on Fullsac Performance!

FLSTFI Dave:
What is the advertised compression of the 117 SE Hi comp pistons?

Do you really think the lager throttle body and injectors are required for that level of HP and Torque?

I do like how early the torque comes on and how flat the curve is.

The 5.5 injectors are mandatory, I was almost 90% duty cycle on this build. The 64 TB is optional depending on what your after. I'm sure its a 5 HP bump when you get over 120 HP with the stock 55mm. I will post a stock 55 vs 64 in the near future when I bolt the 64 on my 120. I think the SE 117 pistons are advertised as 10.5? I would have never taken the motor that far down and not bored the stock barrel to 124". I highly suspect the larger bore is also unshrouding the intake valve and providing a flow benefit as well.

Steve,  Thank you for the information.  I look forward to your results comparing the stock 55mm to the 64.  That should really be helpful information.  Very good to know on the injectors.  I was surprised that if he took it down far enough to do pistons that he did not do a 124.  Seems to me if your spending the money on pistons it only makes sense to got with boring the cylinders.

I'm watching to see some 124 builds.  I have seen the one Fuel Moto did, but thats about it so far.

That build pretty much mirrors my results with a stage 4 build using a stage 3 cam.  Fun bike to ride without a lot of hassle.
