Looks like something that would have been rejected on Shark Tank.  I have to love how they call a fan a personal air conditioner.  It may be an air mover, but it's not an air conditioner.

I found the faster you go the more air you well get and also you will get to the next air conditioned bar\restaurant faster

No

But if you pay separate shipping and handling and processing fee we will include a 2nd one for free....

Sure hope mother harley doesn't see this. It could become their next rebate program
